Letter to John Morrison (By Dawn Thornton)

John,

I thought it would be difficult to write a letter to someone that I have never met. As it turns out, it really wasn't that challenging. I have to admit I only started watching WWE this year after my nephews got me to order the Elimination Chamber PPV. They were super excited to see John Morrison. All day that day I kept hearing "peanut butter and Johnny time". I'm sorry but, what? The boys pull up The Dirt Sheet so I see what they're talking about. Freaking hilarious. And, as a side note, peanut butter and Johnny is probably delicious.

That evening I watched the PPV with the boys and was amazed at what you did that night. The precision and skill, the total control of your body was amazing. That match was all the bits and their friends talked about that night.

Afterward, I decided to research a little to see what they were watching and came across an old interview where you talked about wanting to be in the WWE since you were 6 years old. I decided to use this as an example to the boys that no matter how far fetched their dreams may be, go for it. Work hard. Follow your dream.

You, John, are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to do what you dreamed as a young boy to do. Not only that, you are incredibly gifted at what you do. I can only hope that you find that same drive you had then to keep doing your passion now. It would be a real shame to give that up. Only you can decide what is the best decision for you and for your family. It has been a pleasure watching your matches and if you decide to move on you will be missed.

Sincerely,

Dawn Thornton
